Stay Park City

Stay Park City

A few weeks ago we spent a few days up in Park City exploring the local food scene, Utah's Olympic Park, hiking, parks and even a nature preserve.

We love Park City for a quick staycation. If you live along the Wasatch Front, you don't have to travel far to getaway and experience resort quality living outside of the city. Park City is obviously a huge tourist town, with so many options for great places to stay. All three of our families wanted to be able to stay together so we figured a condo or townhouse vacation rental would be best.

The best little local places to stay aren't always listed on the big travel websites though and those are usually the best places that we end up enjoying the most.

Thus, we were so excited to find stayparkcity.com, a locally run travel site featuring the best selection and best pricing for hotels and lodging in and around Park City. We obvious love local, they always know the best ins and outs, and can make expert recommendations for their area. I've noticed that a lot of online booking sites make those same claims, so it was refreshing to see that they back it up with a guarantee that if you find a lower rate published online they'll beat it by 10%. Browsing through their website we saw that they break everything down with recommendations for the best places to stay depending on your situation. They seemed like a great resource and so we were excited when they agreed to host us and work with us during our stay and afterwards to offer our readers a deal. They really do have great prices and often feature savings promotions, but now through October 31st if you book through our link or the coupon code "SALTPROJECT20" you can save an additional $20 off any other deals they are currently running.

In the end we ended up booking an All Seasons Resort Lodging townhome property, through StayParkCity.com. It was perfect for our needs.  Reg. $609 per night, but they had a promotion for $487 per night! Split that up between 3 families and you have yourself an INCREDIBLE rental home at an unbeatable price. This was the best option for our group so we could all have our own space, but the kids were all in the same home so they could play and have fun together.

We had a gourmet kitchen so that we could fix our own breakfasts for "starving" children right when they woke up, rather than having to get everyone all dressed and ready before we could head out to find something to eat.

There were four spacious bedrooms, one for each family, with enough floor space for pack-n-plays for the little ones and an extra bunk bedroom for the older kids.

Outside on the patio there was an amazing hot tub... which would have been the highlight during winter months, but our kids still enjoyed it in the evenings after a long day of playing hard, and it was nice that it was private and right there for us to use.

We even had our own garage. Sometimes I really love staying in homes rather than just hotel room when we go on trips... you instantly feel more relaxed and at home with plenty of space to spread out. Babies can nap, parents can sleep in and kids get to run around and not feel so confined.

Here is a little tour of the beautiful home we rented.
