Paris Tabernacle in Idaho | 12 Utah Staycations

Stephanie mentioned that she wanted to visit the Paris Springs in Idaho (30 minutes from Conestoga Ranch) so we picked up our picnic lunches from Campfire Grill and headed out! Stephanie and Dan weren't quite sure where we were heading and our GPS took us on the wrong road to Bloomington (which we've been to before.) so we ended up driving around Paris for a hot minute.

As we were driving through Paris, we saw the giant building and thought it looked like the perfect place for our picnic!

Perfect place and DELICIOUS FOOD! Campfire Grill does not disappoint! Everyone was able to choose a wrap/sandwich and it came with a water bottle, chips and some kind of fruit. They were GOOOOD too.

After eating, we chatted with the gentleman at the information booth nearby and found out the Tabernacle does free tours daily. We can't pass up a good tour of a historic building.

The Tabernacle is over 100 years old and is still used as a church building today. Make sure to go inside! There's some awesome original woodwork and the ceiling is something to behold. The builders were actually boat builders and so you'll notice the inside totally is shaped like a boat!

It's totally worth the stop!
